Focuseparts.com gives you 30 -days return policy for your purchase without restocking fee. Any return / exchanges must be in original packing / condition in order to receive a full refund. Please note that for LCD Buyers, ripped cable with film removed are not allowed to receive a refund. Return / Exchanges freight are bear by the customer.

Also it is very important that buyers provide a correct address, just in case if an item gets returned to us due to incorrect address provided, buyer will be responsible to pay an extra shipping fee for resending the item.

Domestic Buyers: Please always to ship the return / exchange item with tracking number so its easier for our customer care to assist you on your return / exchange process.

International Buyers: International buyers are responsible for both direction freights included import taxes, duties.
